נוהל הפניה לועדת הערעורים-

שחקן המעוניין לערער על החלטת השופט הראשי של התחרות, יגיש את הערעור בכתב בלבד עד 2 שעות מסיום משחקו. הערעור יוגש ליו"ר ועדת הערעורים רק דרך מנהל התחרות ולשלוח בדוא"ל:

המערער יצרף 250 ש"ח אגרת ערעור שתוחזר לו אם הערעור יתקבל.

הערעור ידון בהרכב של שלושת חברי הועדה. במידה ואחד מחברי הועדה לא יוכל לדון בערעור, מוסמך יו"ר הועדה לצרף שופט נוסף להשלמת ההרכב. החלטת ועדת הערעורים הינה סופית ולא ניתנת לערעור.

Applying for Appeal Committee

A player who wants to appeal for the decision of the Tournament Chief Arbiter Alon Cohen should submit a written appeal within two hours after the end of his/her game and send by mail to [email protected] The appeal should be submitted to the chairman of the Appeal Committee only through the tournament director

The appealer should give a caution of 250 NIS for the appeal, if the appeal is agreed the amount will be refunded and given back to the appealer. The appeal will be heard by the three Appeal Committee members. If one of the Committee members is not able to judge in the appeal, the Committee chairman is qualified to add another Arbiter to complete the composition

 The decision of the Appeal Committee is final and irrevocable
